Return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund (less the initial shipping/handling charges and a 15% restocking fee). If a product is shipped in error or there is a mistake on your order, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost and there will not be a restocking fee.  We will issue a UPS Call Tag at our expense to pick up any incorrect orders.

All returned products must be in an original factory-sealed container for refund. Any open products not in an original factory-sealed container cannot be returned without prior written approval from our Customer Service Department.

You are covered by our Return Policy for a full 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department at info@ambertreasuresjewelry.com within 30 days of date of purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number and proper return instructions.
